Reservation Policy for Executive Coaches and Party Buses
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit or authorization of a valid credit card. The credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the reservation but will not be charged until the date of the scheduled service. Company checks accepted. Cash accounts must be paid 30 days in advance. No cancellation will be accepted.
Upon rendering the monies or credit card it is agreed that in the event of cancellation all monies will be forfeited. Credit cards will be charged in full for the reservation.
Juvenile Policy
We will rent to persons under 21 years of age. It must be completely understood that the possession of drugs or alcohol will not be tolerated. Should drugs or alcohol be discovered during the rental the charter will be terminated immediately. Police Services will be notified and and all monies will be forfieted and no refund will be made for unused portion of the rental.

Reservation Policy for Charter Bus
Reservations will be confirmed upon the signing of contracts. Balance in full will be due 3 weeks prior to the date of reservation. Company checks, cash or credit card accepted. Cancellations must be in writing and only accepted up to 3 weeks prior to reservation date. In the event of cancellation all deposits will be forfieted. Additional costs incurred on actual trip are due and payable at the end of the charter.
